Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the USTO mobile application and companion web administration portal (together, the "Service") provided by Usto Construction ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service is an internal workforce-management tool. Access is restricted to employees, contractors, and other personnel authorised by Usto Construction.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older and authorised by Usto Construction to use the Service.
• Accounts are provisioned by Usto Construction administrators.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect your credentials have been compromised.

2. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service for any purpose other than your authorised work duties.
• Upload data that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users without authorisation.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the operation of the Service.
• Share the Service with anyone outside the organisation.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content you grant Usto Construction a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it solely as necessary to operate the Service.

4. Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its source code, design, trademarks, and the USTO logo, is owned by Usto Construction.

7. Termination

Your access ends automatically when your employment or working relationship with Usto Construction ends.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Usto Construction will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the Service or by email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.
